Reigning NBA MVP Steph Curry has averaged about three turnovers a game last season enough for him to lose on his bet with his biggest fan.
Steph said in a press conference that he had forged an agreement last season with his mom that would limit his turnovers to a pair every game or else he had to give a little money to her. The Bay Area star had around 3 turnovers per game on average last season.
“She lets me get two turnovers a game. If I go over two then I have to pay her a little money. If I go under two then I get that money back. I averaged probably 3.1 turnovers last year.” explained Curry on his bet with his mom Sonya.

Curry is coming off a successful NBA season wherein he bagged the MVP plum and led his team to its first championship since 1975. But the Splash Brother is not stopping there as he looks forward to improving more especially on limiting his turnovers.
“That’s the one I’m gonna work on the most (limiting turnovers). Save a little money from my mom.” said the former Davidson standout with a smile.
The Golden State star point guard is off to three Chinese cities to cap off the UnderArmour Roadshow Campaign. Steph had stops in Tokyo and Manila where he unveiled his latest signature shoes created by UnderArmour, the Curry Two.
UnderArmour’s Curry Two will be available in Philippine stores starting on Monday.
