The Ateneo Blue Eagles advances to a championship showdown against San Sebastian after beating the undermanned San Beda, 76-63. Ateneo greatly relied on their big man Greg Slaughter who scored 20pts while San Beda played with a depleted line-up without Garvo Lanete who was out due to a shoulder injury.
