Manny Pacquiao, reigning World Boxing Organization welterweight champion, incumbent Sarangani congressman, and incoming playing head coach in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), once again hit the charts with a wonderful cover of the song “Let it Go” of Disney fame.
However, in this viral video, it seemed that Pacquiao had a recent noselift and had grown six-feet tall. A close perusal of the cover also shows that Pacquiao spoke with a slight Afro-Canadian accent mixed a thick Visayan accent.
During the 2014 ESPY Awards night, Canadian recording artist and event host Drake made a skit parodying the Filipino boxing champion’s time in the recording studio. Pacquiao’s other exploits includes team ownership of the MP-GenSan Warriors in the defunct Liga Pilipinas, co-owner of the MAG Pacman Boxing promotions, television hosting and movie acting, and his well-publicized stints as congressman for Sarangani Province,
Pacquiao will next fight American Chris Algieri in a title defense in Macau this coming November 11. He is also set to coach and play point guard for Kia Motors, one of three expansion teams in the PBA.
