In the middle of the lifestyle capital of Bonifacio Global City, adidas has found itself a home.

The German sports and lifestyle brand held the grand opening of their Bonifacio High Street Two Parkade branch on Thursday. The newly completed block within the strip, already boasting of other sports and lifestyle stores, adds yet another top sports apparel brand to its impressive roster.

“It’s not just about being an athlete or being into sports. The new adidas outlet will further promote the importance of having an active, healthy lifestyle, which Bonifacio Global City has successfully fostered,“ said adidas Philippines’ Brand Activation Manager, Adrien Semblat.

“I aim that we would set a new standard in retailing with the launch of this new store,” Semblat remarked in his keynote speech.

The night was highlighted by a fashion show of adidas’ 2013 sports and lifestyle apparel collection featuring models like Rocky Salumbides and Luke Jickaine, and former Binibining Pilipinas Marie Ann Umali, together with musical performances by Best Buy DJ Spinoff Los Angeles champion NixDamnP! and Beatbox Philippines.

With the Global City being the home for numerous fun runs and other notable sporting events in the recent past, the addition of adidas’ concept store is already the icing to their successful campaign of promoting sports within their community.

The new store is located at Two Parkade, 30th St. corner 7th Ave., Bonifacio Global City.
