UAAP Season 74 opened as scheduled, and host Ateneo de Manila University made true their promise of pushing through with the ambitious festivities, rain or shine, at the open field of Marikina Sports Complex.
But the rain dampened the event, quite literally, with every performer soaked in mud and nature’s shower in typical July weather.
For the Blue Eagles, however, it was their moment to party.
