If not draining back-to-back threes, the UST Growling Tigers are busy breaking ankles of opponents, and sometimes sending them to the floor.
That’s just what Kevin Ferrer did to Kyle Neypes in their Final Four match.
Ferrer faked a dribble drive and stepped back, a move Neypes wasn’t prepared for, and one he literally fell for. The Growling Tiger stared as his former teammate stumbled to the hardcourt, he then calmly sank a jumper extending UST’s lead.
UST went on to win 64-55 to book their Finals duel against the FEU Tamaraws.
