Phil Younghusband will “never hear the end of it” after brother James’ team beat 1-0 with a Joaco Cañas header at the 3rd and final Clear Dream Match at University of Makati on Saturday.

Loyola Meralco Sparks defender Cañas nodded the winner at the 72nd minute, converting from a Chieffy Caligdong corner won by former Manchester United striker Andy Cole’s deflected attempt.

Phil Younghusband, meanwhile, was stretchered off the pitch after an ugly head clash with Reynald Villareal.

Saturday’s result sees the end of the siblings’ trilogy on the pitch, with elder James taking the trophy with his team.
