UP Pep Squad may have failed to swing back to the top of the UAAP Cheerdance Competition podium for the third straight year, the Iskolar ng Bayan team still left a heartfelt message to every audience at the Mall of Asia Arena and those watching on television with their battle cry, Utak at Puso.
