Defending champion National University gives University of the Philippines a taste of its defense, handing the UP Fighting Maroons its third straight loss in UAAP Season 78 men’s basketball tournament, 68-52, Saturday September 26, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.

The champs extend its winning streak to three games and improve to 3-3.

Gelo Alolino lead the Bulldogs with 16 points, 12 came from the three-point line.
