University of Perpetual Help System Dalta will move to solo fourth place today as National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Management Committee chair Paul Supan announced today that Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) has forfeited its duel with the Altas Friday due to only four players left in their roster.

The announcement came an hour before the supposed start of their game at 9 A.M. at the San Juan Arena.

The cellar-dwelling Generals, coming off a fight-marred win versus Mapua, has four players left in their roster. They are Gerald Serrano, Christ Mejos, Ai Indin, Jozhua General.

Almost their entire roster and coaching staff were suspended for participating in the free-for-all melee last Monday sparked by an altercation among EAC’s John Tayongtong and Mapua’s Leo Gabo and C.J. Isit.

The melee came after Tayongtong elbowed the guarding Isit after crossing the halfcourt line with 28 seconds left in the ballgame. Gabo then shoved Tayongtong to the ground after which Tayongtong punched isit to the face.

A free-for-all ensued as Gabo ran away toward the dugout.

Meanwhile, the Altas easily moved to 10-6, a full game ahead of the 9-6 Jose Rizal University.

The second seniors game scheduled for today is between eliminated teams San Sebastian College-Recoletos and Lyceum of the Philippines University at 3 P.M. in the same venue.

The Heavy Bombers will then face lead leading San Beda College on Saturday, 1 P.M. at the San Juan Arena.
